This week I take a moment to give thanks to Mikao Usui, the Founder of the Usui System of Reiki. Mikao Usui was born on 15th August 1865, so this week we celebrate his birthday.
2022 is a particularly special year for Reiki, as we celebrate the Usui Reiki Centenary.
Reiki has transformed my life and continues to do so in so many ways.
